- Missing energy that was supposed to be added.
- Missing coins that were supposed to be added.
- Missing experience that was supposed to be added.
If one of these does apply to you then please submit a request. All we will need is your account ID and the item you believe to have lost.
Note: If you have lost a speed gift due to not using before you reach your gift limit and the gift is replaced, then unfortunately we cannot compensate for the speed that was lost.
