If your game is freezing can you please try the following:
1. Check your network connection to make sure it is stable as this can sometimes cause the game to freeze if your connection is unstable.
2. Change the in-game graphic settings to the next lowest setting and see if this fixes the issue.
3. Change the game to 2D mode and see if this fixes the issue.
4. Close any backgrounded apps on your device and see if this increases game performance.
5. Ensure the game is on the latest version, check the Play/App Store to confirm this.
If none of the steps have worked please make sure that the device you are using meets our minimum spec requirements for our game.
If you're experiencing an issue with a game crash then please do the following when submitting a bug report form:
1. Take a screenshot/video of the crash in question.
2. The first time you noticed the issue.
3. If you can get the crash to happen consistently, provide steps to get the crash so that our investigative team can reproduce your issue.
4. Provide account ID.
5. Provide a detailed description of the bug.
