Inappropriate player behaviour

We take accusations of inappropriate player behaviour very seriously and don't tolerate such behaviour in our game.

If you have proof of any player having done such, then please submit a ticket with the evidence you have and the name of the player in question.

Note: Although we don't want to dissuade people from reporting players of such behaviour as we want all of our players to be able to enjoy our game without facing such behaviour, but if you are found to be false reporting for any reason then your customer support access will be revoked.

USER NOTICE:

- The team may not be able to help unless you include adequate information in your ticket.

- Ensure you have taken recommended steps mentioned in the FAQs before submitting a ticket.

- We do not provide live chat service however we aim to respond to tickets as soon as possible.
